Porto will once again become a meeting point for the data community with the return of Data Makers Fest 2026, and DevScope is proud to be one of its partners.

Bringing together practitioners, enthusiasts, and industry voices from across the data and AI space, Data Makers Fest positions itself as more than a traditional conference. The 2026 edition is presented as a three-day festival for data makers, with hands-on tutorials on 4 May followed by the main conference on 5 and 6 May, all taking place at Alfândega do Porto. The event highlights over 50 talks, 6 tutorials, around 1,000 attendees, and more than 30 exhibitors, creating a strong environment for both learning and networking.

The programme explores a broad set of themes shaping the future of the field, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering & MLOps, RAG, Responsible AI, Information Retrieval, NLP, Forecasting, and Data Visualization. The speaker lineup already includes professionals from organisations such as NVIDIA, Google DeepMind, Airbus, Sword Health, and Vinted, reinforcing the international and highly practical nature of the festival.

For DevScope, being part of Data Makers Fest is a natural fit. It is an opportunity to stay close to the community, support knowledge-sharing around data and AI, and take part in the conversations that are helping shape the next wave of innovation in the industry.

If you’re planning to attend, this is a great opportunity to learn from experts, meet peers from across the ecosystem, and be part of a data event that combines strong technical content with a more open, community-driven atmosphere. DevScope also has a 10% discount code — DEVSCOPE-10 — for conference tickets.
